Marlene
  1. Drink water or flavored water at least twice a day instead of Diet Coke.
  2. Excercise using my Wii or xbox at least 5 times a week.
  3. Eat fruits and vegetables for snacks instead of junk food.
  4. Limit my cheese to 2 times a week and only 1 ounce servings.
  5. Limit my beef to 1 time a week and only 4 ounces
  6. Fill out the eWellness chart daily and follow the guidelines.
